LaVenture, pictured left, gave an inspirational and heart
felt speech. For those of you that may not know, District
12 is comprised of Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado,
Hawaii, Idaho, New Mexico, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and
Washington. There are under 140 Locals with about
