| Aera Abuses Workers and Contract!! |
Twice...Aera has made workers out on the North and South ends of
the Taft area spilt their day shift up. Not only is this a violation of the
workers agreement in how Aera forced workers to spilt their day shift
it was also obviously a way to avoid paying overtime. Local 12-6 and
the Aera unit committee is working hard to find a way to stop this
hardship on represented workers and will continue to voice strong
opposition to this practice. Contact this local or a steward in your area
